Extreme Gymnastics is a gymnastics and cheerleading facility for children ages 18 months to 18 years old. Established in 1998, Extreme Gymnastics is committed to providing surrounding areas with a top quality gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling programs. Classes are designed to teach basic to advanced skills in a fun and positive enviroment. Call or come by for more information on the wonderful programs that we have to offer. Located at 287 Knight Trail in Thomaston, Extreme Gymnastics is 12,000 square feet of gymnastics FUN! The gym is fully equipped with women's apparatus. This equipment includes the vault, bars, beam, spring floor, tumbling trampoline, and foam pit. In addition to the regular equipment, Extreme Gymnastics has age and size appropriate equipment for a complete and comprehensive program for children of all ages.
